Terms of Service

The basic terms that apply when you use this website or send Hibbs IT a request for work.

Last updated: October 2026

01Using this website

By using the Hibbs IT website you agree to these terms. The site provides information about our services and lets you submit enquiries and project briefs.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, submit false information, or upload files that are unlawful or malicious.

02Quotes and service requests

Submitting a quote request or project brief is a request for information — it is not a booking, an accepted contract, or a guarantee that services will be provided.

Work begins only after scope, terms, and pricing have been agreed in writing between you and Hibbs IT. Any pricing discussed or quoted is specific to the described work and is not published on this website.

03Website project timelines

Any launch date or timeline you request is a preference. It does not guarantee availability, start dates, or completion dates. Timelines are confirmed when a project is formally agreed.

04Service availability

We aim to respond promptly to enquiries, but we do not promise specific response times or service levels unless those are agreed separately in writing.

Support availability depends on scope, location, and scheduling.

05Intellectual property

The content, design, and branding of this website belong to Hibbs IT. Project deliverables and their ownership are defined in the individual project agreement.

06Third-party services

Some recommendations involve third-party products or services — hosting providers, software subscriptions, payment processors, and similar. Those services are governed by their own terms, and Hibbs IT is not responsible for their availability or conduct.

07No absolute guarantees

Technology services cannot guarantee that a device, network, or website will never fail or be compromised. We provide professional work and reasonable precautions, not absolute security or uninterrupted availability.

08Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hibbs IT is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or from services beyond what is set out in a written agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of data unless a backup arrangement is explicitly part of an agreed service.

09Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services evolve. The current version is always published on this page.
